Glamping in Cornwall is your chance to make your accommodation as much of the adventure as the destination!

The Best Cornwall Glamping Spots

Take a look at my top picks for glamping in the Cornwall, let me know which one’s your favourite at the end!

From family friendly safari tents to super cool shepherd’s huts, here are the best glamping spots in Cornwall. There are over 50 glamping sites to choose from on Uniquehideaways.com (sponsored post!), here are some of my favourites to give you a teaser.

1. The Shepherd’s Hut

I stayed in a shepherd’s hut in Cornwall in May and absolutely loved having such a cool space to myself. The Shepherd’s Rest shepherd’s hut is just 3.5 miles from Fowey, it sleeps two and is totally dog friendly. Fowey is one of the best spots in South Cornwall, I’d definitely recommend a visit while you’re there.

“Hidden down a quiet country lane, it sits in gently rolling, wooded countryside, overlooking a pretty pond, with sheep grazing in the next-door pasture and ducks and geese nearby. Quiet and peaceful, it’s the ideal place to commune with nature, yet it’s just a ten-minute walk from Lerryn, one of the prettiest villages in Cornwall, where you’ll find a charming (and handy) shop and a welcoming inn, one of the Independent’s ‘top 50 pubs of Great Britain’.”

– UNIQUE HIDEAWAYS

With reclaimed floor boards, a stylish shower room, and top quality linen and mattress, the shepherd’s hut is a perfectly designed haven for a weekend glamping trip. There are also double French doors so you can admire the countryside view from your bed. Stay here and you’ve also got your own shower room and kitchen too. And, the highlight of any good shepherd’s hut – a beautiful woodburner.

With a chimenea, BBQ and loungers, the outside of the shepherd’s hut is just as wonderful!

2. The Clifftop Panorama Cabin

Wake up to stunning sea views from this clifftop panorama cabin in Cornwall. Just a short wander along the coastal path and you’ll come to miles of glorious sandy beach. This glamping spot is perfect for romantic weekends, solo adventures or canine getaways.

Just outside you’ve got an extensive deck, especially for you to enjoy the salty sea air in privacy. Back inside and you’ve got some of the best of all the latest mod cons. Above the double bed you’ll see the stars through the skylight above and have your own shower room too.

Stay here and you’re in a great spot with pretty villages like Kingsand and Cawsand nearby, as well as Polperro and Looe. An amazing glamping spot in a great location!

3. A scenic shepherd’s hut

For a different take on a shepherd’s hut, how about this one just over a mile from Padstow?

This is a great spot for some glamping in Cornwall.

The Tregwelan Shepherd’s Hut is a stunning unique hideaway with great views, and a fantastic location. Set down a country lane, any wilderness lovers will enjoy it here.

Inside you’ll find a middle eastern vibe, with everything you could need for a great stay. One of the great things about this shepherd’s hut is that the bed rolls down so you have all the more space in the day. There’s also a dining table, a fire pit, and Ooni pizza oven and that all important wood burner too.

See, everything you need for a great stay!

5. Tree Tops Cabin

I’ve saved a special glamping in Cornwall spot for last here – the perfect hygge hideaway up in the trees in Cadgwith in Cornwall. This tree tops cabin means you can properly switch off, high up in the trees with the birdsong.

Glamping in the treetops

You’ll be near enough to the Cornish fishing village of Cadgwith, complete with its great pub. You’re going to have to steal yourself away from the great facilities in the cabin though, as you’ll have an open plan living room, a sofa, great wood burner and a fabulous king sized bed too.

There’s also a little kitchen and a bijou dining area for two, too. Your wonderful ensuite comes as standard, and the raised deck outside gives you space to relax in that Cornish sun (fingers crossed!).
