Looe Music Festival, Looe

This three-day music spectacular features superb live music celebrated on the beautiful south coast of Cornwall. Looe transforms into a party town with high energy music at every corner from the streets to the beach. The festival has attracted some big names in the music industry including Jools Holland, The Proclaimers, and Frank Turner with support from local and regional talent from all walks of the musical spectrum from hip-hop and indie to funk and punk.

Leopallooza, Nr Bude

Dubbed ‘The Greatest House Party in a field’, Leopallooza sees a fantastic selection of musical talent take to the stage in the beautiful rural setting of The Wyldes, near Bude. Previous headliners included Foxes, Dry the River, and Fenech Soler giving a range of different sounds from electro pop, hard hitting rock to chilled house tunes. The whole weekend gives you a great summer mix of food, booze and bands.

Eden Sessions, St Austell

A unique festival experience can be had at Cornwall’s biggest attraction, The Eden Project.   1. I was lucky enough to live in Cornwall for three years, and I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I didn’t know most of these existed! This has inspired me to go back though, and maybe finally explore The Eden Project 🙂

    1. Yeah, I’d LOVE to go to a festival at the Eden Project. I used to always go on holiday to Cornwall as a kid. Back then I thought it was a bit naff and just wanted to go abroad, now I’m desperate to go back.
